I got my ducklings this morning! Yay! Thank you God!
I ordered 30 of them, but 7 are dead. I'm sad that 7 of them are dead, but I'm SO thankful that I at least have the other 23.

I love organ meat! It's got suck great flavor to it. All of those pictures are making me hungry right about not.

Yes I do! After cooking of 11 years, there's not much on an animal I won't eat.
Though I am not a fan of pickled pigs feet.

I did like the flavor, but I just couldn't get past the texture, and that's coming from someone who like to eat "lips and sphincter" stew.

A much politer title for w/e the stew is they serve at a local spanish market. It is tongue and sphincters, though I have no idea what the actual name is. It sure is tasty though. When going to various markets, I tend to taste first, then ask what it is later.

A Shamo Silkie mix huh? That sounds like a frightening ball of fluff!
I like the drawing. Art is a subject I appreciate, but am not all that talented in. You'll never hear me bash anyone's art. Though if I posted my interpretation of a Shamo/Silkie, I would totally be open to y'all laughing at it. I might even laugh at it myself.
