It's delicious. The little old lady that serves it barley speaks english. When i first started going there she would giggle (I don't speak spanish) because I would order just by pointing. Once she realized I like just about anything she cooked, she started giving me samples of "strange" food. I put that in quotes because I still don't know what most of it is, beside tasty. If you like tripe or can handle the texture, then you would probably like it. A bit chewy (letting you know what piece is in your mouth...)

Now my wife. She is a meat and potatoes loving woman. So when I find a whole sphincter, I tend to gross her out with it. I did a moch marriage proposal with one a long time ago. She turned about 4 shades of green.

Why? It's actually a good representation of it. Maybe add a bit of a brow, but they do have large eyes.
