Why is someone else's dream controlling your mother's life?

If someone dreamed that I should jump into a fire, I wouldn't do it just because they had a dream about it.
 
I feel strongly conflicted, and I am petrified to make another comment on this precarious topic. I really don't want another forced vacation from BYC.

I really wish I could talk to people about these things, concerning rival beliefs, without losing a civil tone. :( I don't want to hurt anyone, but I always end up doing so. :hit

:lau Goodness, I don't know all the reasons why, I'm not her! But I do know that she really strongly believes that.
She thinks that since someone had that dream, God wants her to have that many.

Not saying that if someone had a dream you should jump into a fire, that you should do it!
