I'm making spiced beet pickles today, with sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. First I have to peel and chop 25 beets. I'm all caught up on making pickles..... for now, until we harvest more cucumbers.
Does anyone else here do any canning or food preservation?
