It was, actually. I thoroughly enjoy my animal science class. It's a direct confirmation that my knowledge of poultry is indeed correct and I know what I'm talking about.

I hope your animal science professor knows more about poultry than mine did. She said that white chickens lay white eggs and brown chickens lay brown eggs. When I came up to her after class and told her it’s not true stating that their are brown chickens that lay white eggs and white chickens that lay brown eggs. She said they must be mixed breeds.
