Hello all! How’s your day been so far??

Flock update:
~ I’ve been getting 5-6 eggs a day from 6 hens

~ Sephora & Pandora are growing super fast! I have my suspicions of Pandora being a male... (but that’s totally okay, I’d love to have a pair)

~ Rose & Nancy’s training has been paused... Here’s why; Nancy is mysteriously losing weight, they are eating starter feed, with fresh veggies 1-2 times per week. Rose is perfectly fine, but poor Nancy is losing weight quick. (If you have suggestions i’m always happy to learn / listen)

~ Hallie & Cowboy’s eggs aren’t fertile anymore... Cowboy was 5 years when I got him, I’ve had him for 2 years... he’s 7 and no longer fertile. As I’ve been noticing non-fertile eggs for weeks now (Hallie is only 2 years old)

~ All my chooks are very happy, and they seem to LOVE the rain!!
