Day 2:
Going well. Temps at 38*C and humidity is at 48%. I can’t wait to see if any are fertile!

I wanted humidity a tad lower but 48% is as low as I can get it.

I like to incubate at 30% humidity and go into lock down at 70% humidity. But it's still complicated.

We’ve had foxes, but they’ve never hurt the flock (mostly because my other neighbors own a few chooks their selves and shoot them and are on the verge of shooting those dogs that the one particular neighbor keeps on getting). I might try to free range today- we’ll see how it goes. The neighbor that has all the dogs we’ll call him George... he has about 11 already! they’ll come in my yard (the shock collar George bought... the batteries are dead!!) and they bark and bark and bark my 4 dogs don’t deserve to stay in their kennel all day because of them. ugh

Oh ga!! Something MUST be done about that!!! That would boil my blood!!!
