Keel Trouble/Impacted Crop

I came for the prescheduled check up, and the whole vets office was upset by the news. Everyone had been more evolved that I realized. The vet could find no immediate cause, and said that everything else looked and felt better. I asked for a necropsy, which will happen later tonight, but it may be necessary to send in samples in order to know for sure what happened. In short, the vet and I healed the impaction only to loose her to something else.

The worst of it is, I was originally suppose to bring her in Monday, but had to reschedule in order to have a tire replaced on my car.
Monday we would have caught it in time.

Very sad, she couldn't find any infection which is what I was wondering may have been the cause. Well you had no idea and getting a tire replaced for safety was important too. Let us know what they find. She sure had been through alot though and you with her.

So sorry to see the sad news. It sounds like you have a very dedicated vet, though. Hope you find out what happened.
