Keep chickens out of a certain area

The situation has really gotten out of control!!! I am having to spray out my carport every day just about due to them pooping all over.

These chickens think they LIVE in my carport. A fence or any type of barrier is not really an option...

What I am thinking is maybe I can create some sort of environment that they like even more than my garage. What do chickens love the most besides food? Maybe I could build them a little roosting pole or something away from my garage in the shade somewhere? Put some food out around there on a regular basis.

I am also going to keep a spray bottle or squirt gun and spray them with water every time I see them in the carport to hopefully train them to stay out!

Any ideas? I love each one of my chickens but I fear some will have to go if I cant keep them from pooping all over my carport.

If you make them a small shaded area with a roost and maybe a few bushes it will probably keep them out. I made a small perching area in a shaded part of my yard to keep my chickens off my air conditioner and it worked! It took them two days to transition but they did.
