Keep Hen from Sleeping in Nest Box

There is plenty of roost space. She is a newer member of the flock though and since her 1st night in the coop has gone there to sleep. I put a burlap curtain over the nest boxes, but she still sleeps there. The nest boxes are permanently attached, so maybe I need to just clean out each morning and let her be.
How long has she been with flock?
Can you put up a separate roost...or partition roost so she can get up without being pecked??
Really bad habit, I won't tolerate it.

I had a flock of 4 but lost my rooster on halloween then about a month after that i lost my head hen too so not i only have 2 in my run, a buff orpington and a little bantam... The bantam started sleeping in the nest box last night and our nights have just started getting cooler. Im worried they wont get enough heat also... So i will block them off tonught i guess in hopes they start to cuddle again. It sucks my main flock is so small.
