Did you get heritage turkeys or BB's?

We got Bourbon Reds. They seemed like an overall good choice for meat and breeding.
It is very difficult to find info on different breeds and their attributes and/or short comings. Anyone happen to know of a resource for this kind of info? Or, what are your favorite breeds to keep with your flock?​
