Hi, good folks. Does anyone have a rough idea how long duck eggs can keep (safely) in the refrigerator? My blue runner last year was an absolute egg factory! One a day for many months. So when I would collect her eggs and wash them carefully, I stored them in empty egg cartons in my fridge. I just want to know how long they can be edible. Any ideas?

I don't keep mine longer than a month, but that's because I rinse mine before putting them in the fridge. Unwashed eggs can be good up to two months. But my eggs are very dirty because the pen is an absolute mud pit right now. They lay in the mud and then lay in their eggs and they're just filthy when I gather them. I don't want those dirty eggs in my fridge lol.
