How do you make sure your ducklings have access to relatively clean/fresh water all day without refilling or changing it constantly?

I am not at home during the day (work) so what can I do to make sure they don't just drink it all or splash it all out within an hour of me leaving in the morning? (Full disclosure- these ducklings just became "mine" yesterday and I didn't really consider this until right now... at work... :fl they're ok today) They currently are about 2 weeks old and have a 16-oz plastic container on top of a baking rack on a sheet pan to keep the brooder floor dry(er). I rigged it up so they can't push it off the pan and are unlikely to dump it over, but they go through water SO FAST!

This just really makes me realize how low maintenance my chicks were!

You could try a few of these and if you have a broiler pan I actually bought one specifically for using under waterers. Cut the holes so just they head fits and put something like a rock I used river rocks on the bottom to keep them from tipping it over you'll have to keep trimming as they grow but I have used these and they work great.
As for clean well that you may as well give up on they muck their water up with feed etc so as long as they have drinking water that is the main thing and can dunk their heads.
