Keeping goats on pasture???

How long each day do you keep your goats in the pasture??? Like how many hours a day??? Or do you let them stay outside all day long??? Also do you rotate their pasture or keep them on the same pasture.....how big is your pasture???

1/3 of an acre, fenced with 5 foot no climb horse fence. 3 nigerian dwarf goats, they have a metal shed, and can come and go as they please. No rotating.
