Keeping me hens entertained

Is there anything I can do during the winter to keep my hens entertained so they don't pick each other's feathers?

Hang a head of cabbage. they will have to hit and play with it in order to eat it.

I tried that but they don't like cabbage.

you could make a treat ball. It's a usually a DIY ball with different size hole in it that you fill with scratch and seed. you could also build a swing for them

What kind of swing could I build for them? I found a treat ball online like that. Does it really keep them entertained?

Yes the treat ball is WONDERFUL.
You can just get a large tree branch, dill a hole in both ends and tie a rope
