Keeping quail cool in summer?

I like to freeze bottles of water, (make sure to leave some space for freezing) and i pop them into a ziplock bag to catch the moisture, and just lay it in their bedding. Cover it and they will sit on / near it throughout the day! Its like a mini AC . Works for chickens to, just use an old gallon milk jug! Or a 3L milk jug
