Keeping ringneck doves with Bobs

Bobs really don't go with anything else... sometimes even themselves. The best way to raise bobs is to raise a large number together from hatching, then split them up into smaller colonies, like 5-6 hens to one male. I've tried and tried to introduce new birds to an established flock, and the new birds wind up being scalped at best, killed at worst.

Like I said it's no big deal and I can alter my design to keep them seperate. I'd read something that brings up another question but being a dove question I'll have to kick over to that forum.
