Keeping track of dates eggs were laid.

    Is there a method or procedure for keeping them seperated in the frig? Does anyone use a date stamp on each egg or what?

    Depends on how many eggs you are getting each day. I have a plastic egg cartons for our eggs. I markered an arrow pointing to one end. Newer eggs go in back and older ones get moved forwards. (Hence the arrow)

    For our selling eggs, I mark cartons 1-5. #1 gets sold first and down the line to #5, then we start all over again with the numbers.
