Keeping younger chickens out of nesting boxes.

Hi everyone,
My 10 week old hens are going into the nesting boxes making a mess of them. My older girls only use to lay and had always stayed clean until the younger ones moved in.
Any ideas on how to keep the younger ones out- they are sleeping there rather than roosting at night, and hanging out there periodically during the day.

There's not much you can do about them hanging out in there during the day but as for them sleeping in the boxes at night, go out after dark, remove them and put them on the roost.
