Keets hatching, now what?

Thanks. So far only two have hatched, and I don't see signs of any others. I've been shining my flashlight in there, hoping to see more, but so far only the two. At least they can huddle together.

I moved the two keets into a brooder box today, basically a cardboard box with shavings in it and a hooded lamp on top. Temperature is around 95F if my thermometer is right, and I'm pretty sure it is. So I put very small "bowls" of water and feed in there and they were eating and drinking and all was well. About 1/2 hour ago, I went in to check them for the umpteenth time today, and they were huddled up together--but one was dead. In fact, still warm, so very very recent. What happened? There did seem to be a small bit of something coming out of its anus, very hard. I'm thinking that might be the cause of death, but I have no clue what it is. If it's poop, then it's made of cement.

BTW, the other one keeps running in and out of the water dish.

Still no signs of other eggs hatching, but I'll give it a couple more days. I sure would like to have some company for this one.
