Kenmore mini freez? (PIC HEAVY)

I think it is your stat.  I had the same problem when I made my first bator, a hot water stat just doesn't cut it.

As I write this post I am in the middle of my new build, a mini frig bator that will hold a 40 egg turner, and I am using a STC 1000, PID controller,  http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008KVCPH2/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

with a CPU fan to move the air.  I will post some pics and facts as I get it done.

Good Luck, Phil

That to is what I use for my homemade food heater bator. But I have noticed it gets stuck and errors but it I tap on it it will start working again

I candled last night looks like they are on track! out of 95 eggs it looks like 82 are fertile! The 13 that don't look good are pullet eggs collected from their first week of laying. I have more on the way (shipped eggs) im gonna be over run with little fuzzy butts! I hope haha

I have finished my project. I am testing now, as far as controlling the humidity. the STC-1000 PID controller is working great holding temp, I added a water fill line, so I do not have to open the top to add water, the fan and the turner are installed and working great. I may have to add a few more holes to drop humidity, it has been running for 3 hours only, and is at 60%. morning will give me a better idea (8:00pm here) If it stabilizes, I will set eggs on Saturday.
