We have a small sustainable farm in Wilmore Kentucky, just south of Lexington...home of the UK wildcats!!

I get on here and search anytime I have had a question, and figured it was about time to join and at least introduce myself and our humble homestead.

Currently we have 60+ Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats, 100+ free range chickens, 100+ free range turkeys, a handful of ducks, 4 cows, and a horse.

Thank you for all the wonderful information from everyone I have read over the years, and I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Howdy fellow Kentuckian. We are new to the raising of chickens. Was hoping I could pick your brain, you seem experienced. We have 50+ chickens, yesterday we found one dead and one struggling to breath, with watery eyes and lack of balance. I now have 23 affected chicks, I want to save them but have no experience and no go to person for answers. Have you experienced anything like this? Do you know how I can cure them?
