The Chicken Store moved to Homestead. Kinos are up to 12.00 a pair for the ladies with the buckle toe thingy. As for the chickens, Most of mine I have caught over the years, adopting 2 from the Chicken Store lady. ( Katha Shehan) I guess as long as you don't catch them out of someones yard you should be ok. But I really don't know if they have any laws about that or not. Plus, my best friend works for the police dept and I always told her if I got arrested for chasing chickens i was calling her!

One word of caution, they are extremely gamey. I know you see several roosters all getting along but I have found that unless you have LOTS of area, they will fight once confined. My head roo has killed 2 younger roos and he himself was almost killed once. He will also fight with any other breed of rooster. So use caution when bring home a roo!

oh i know ive got a scar from when i grabbed the one last time. he scratched the s*** out of me when i grabbed him. drew blood. luckily i have 100 acres out here so they will have plenty of space
