Khaki Campbell Ducklings

hi this is Skye and Rocky they are 13 day old Khaki Campbell ducklings. I was wondering how old they haveto be before I can tell gender? And what should I be looking for to tell the difference between girls and boys.

Those look like very nice Campbells
I just wanted an inside opinion, are they very tame ?

They are pretty tame and friendly once you pick them up they lay down in our hands. However the crested magpies that I got at the same time and same place are a bit more snuggly. The khakis are much calmer then ourPekin and Rouen ducklings

Your male Campbell will eventually develop a darker head (sometimes a black/brown/green) that extends about half way down his neck. This will begin to happen when they begin to develop adult feathering. Also, the male will develop a softer almost raspy quack while the female will sound like the Aflac duck. In the end, the male will develop what is called a drake tale which is a up-curled feather on his tale. They are beautiful.
