With Khaki Campbell's all of the first feathers look like a female except the feathers above the tail. Females get two-toned, lighter feathers and males get dark, solid colored feathers as you can see in the picture of my ducks below. I am not sure what Duck Mommy 2019 is seeing that is making her say female. I would say you have a male but those feathers are just starting to come in so I could be wrong.
Also, chickenfinder is correct, if you have a female you should be hearing loud, definite quacks. If this baby is till peeping or starting to sound like he has a sore throat, you then have two pieces of evidence which say drake.
