My children live 9 hours do the road. This is the first time they have seen the chicks. of course they loved them. They are early birds(lol i crack my self up). At 630 They decided its time to go play with the nickens, as my daughter says.

I remember being young and chasing chickens. So exciting! Finding an egg was better than catching a grasshopper and putting it in a jar!

Spending time with the chickens is something your kids will remember forever.

My childhood memories of "visiting" with chickens is what prodded me in that direction as a middle aged adult.
