I have cataracts in both eyes And do not have insurance. The doctor said that the cataracts have to be removed before they can check to see if diabetes had done any damage

I am so sorry! Are you close to 65 to get on Medicare yet? Cataracts are rough to deal with. I've got them too and just this year turned 65 so now I can let Medicare pay for the surgery. Massive hugs to you!

Fabulous! Yes, Medicare pays for all the pre and post exams, and surgery on Cataracts plus your first pair of glasses! So definitely get signed up a few months before your 65th birthday and you should be all set to get your eyes done!

Yes the junk sure does accumulate doesn't it! I try to regularly go though cabinets and drawers and pitch out stuff we don't need anymore. And still there's too much around!
