@muddy75 When I looked up green catsup, one of the recipes that popped up was almost identical to our Green Tomato Relish.

I was looking at the recipe you sent last week but I’m not sure we are going to have enough green tomatoes even if I cut the recipe significantly (that and I need to order more jars)

It's only a peck of green tomatoes. I left more than that many in the garden. BTW, a peck is 8 dry quarts.

My cucumbers and squash have basically pooped out, some of the jalapeños got too big and hard before we could harvest them and the tomatoes just kinda stalled out all of the sudden too. Turnips seem to be doing okay, pumpkins blooming but no fruit yet.....the baby watermelon also not looking good (maybe it’s already getting too cold at night????)

Mostly 60’s but has dipped into high 50’s already
