I tried cutting out some bows with the Cricut and it didn't cut all the way and the mat moved around while it was cutting. Great.
Now I have to cut them out myself.

People do think that... I guess it's fun to think about, but most of them wouldn't like it much if things actually came to that pass. Which it could... possibly not quite in that form. Better than 1984, but not enjoyable all the same... It makes me glad I'm old.

It was 33°F when I came back from dealing with skunk #15. It wasn't bad in the sun but the skunk wasn't in the sun. I had to remove a broken branch before I could get to the trap. I think the tub is about full. Deslunking time.

My skunk boots were frozen and nearly impossible to get put on. My toes are finally warmed back up.

Looks like your sticky mat needs replacing or cleaning and/or you need a new blade. I don't use my cricut (sigh) because I bought it to cut custom designs for masking/stencil work but couldn't figure out how to digitize my designs. I have cleaned things like those mats with alcohol, just sponged on with my fingertips and allowed to dry. I guess if it's not working anyway, you've got nothing to lose by trying.
