Those two were just the first two I thought of, maybe not the best example.actually YES if they can otherwise control/cure their illness through diet, exercise, and weight loss!!! the “old school” cure for type 2 diabetes and HBP is 20% weight loss, nutritional counseling for prescription diet modification and 30 minutes exercise 3-5 days per week!!! it cured my grandmothers type 2 diabetes and could cure mr muddy’s HBP......i’ve also witnessed several on my weight loss group that have gotten off meds through these methods!!! i personally cured my IBS and migraines through lifestyle changes (#1 change was DIVORCE)
All I am saying is that nine times out of ten what you eat or don't eat will make a difference.Didn’t you say that you take allergy medication daily?![]()
And that’s great for you and I’m glad you don’t need it but some people have conditions where they would literally die without medicine soooHell no I do not.
I take zero medicine.
medicine itself is not a bad thing. I will agree that some things are way overprescribed or a bandaid or whatever for people that don’t feel like changing BUT there are also plenty of genuine reasons to take it and genuine medical conditions.
Then I congratulate you on your health and good fortuneHell no I do not.
I take zero medicine.
I wish we all were so blessed.I agree with this but diet and exercise alone can’t cure everything. All I am saying is that nine times out of ten what you eat or don't eat will make a difference.
I am just saying that people, in general, would rather take a pill/bandaid than deal with the cause.
Heeeeyyyyy...

Oof. Totally forgot to tag you in that one.Heeeeyyyyy...![]()

Very true. I don't like taking meds, but I tried to eat a few bites of meat this morning and bong. Back up it threatens. So I resolved to eating yogurt. Not very filling but I had to eat something or I would be sick.please remember that food/what you eat can have huge impacts on your body.
HUGE.
Food can change things...both for the good and bad.
I don't think people understand how powerful food is.
I find that people would rather choose to eat things and eat pills to try to fix things that won't ever be fixed by a pill.
Hush...not all things can be fix with food but more things than not can be.
