Maybe I misinterpreted it and I’m also sorry if I came across as rude or whatever at all, really didn’t mean to, but I just don’t think blanket statements or whatever are helpful but then neither are blanket prescriptions. Not all medicines are bad but not all are helpful or even necessary either. I think we both agree but maybe just had a bit of a misunderstanding.

The medication thing is a big argument in itself. Its interesting to hear other people's viewpoints, although normally I dont get involved. I never got allergies till a few years ago, and I'm the type to not take cold/allergy medicine until i have to, or if i do i never take it long enough it seems for it to have any effect. I know some people who actually go through withdrawal cause of being on it so long. Genetics play a big role in sickness and sometimes you have to have meds to keep your blood pressure down cause it is in your genes.

But anyways that is enough about my "sickness". It ain't gonna kill me and I can live with it. I'll continue monitoring my diet and see what happens.

And I will say that I can’t stand overprescribing to kids so I get it somewhat. My cousins on both sides constantly annoy me from prescribing a very young boy with ADD meds to giving toddlers Coke and calling smart kids with speech issues “special needs” online to feeding them all sorts of sugary shiz and wondering why they’re off the walls and “special needs.”
