Well...I think they thought I was talking another language here. If i ever have a husband he is gonna have to accept that. I can clean a house and butcher chickens and help birth calves but let's just say there will be more failures than successes when it comes to the gravy. And no success on sticky buns. I'll tell him his mama can make them if he wants them.
Or I can move in with you! I love cooking!
Cleaning, not so much. We'll split the chores.
Just give me a few years to get through college....

How the heck am I to know if I don't know?
I saw that one coming..... Sorry @Kiki I totally knew you were have that POV as it's a foundational aspect of your machine.... You don't "know it very well" and "you are acknowledged as a non visual learner." So 2+2=4 not 5.

I am tired. Going to bed soon. How did you know?
Something about your, "Whee.." comment just exuded tiredness. I could hear the drowsy trailing off at the end, and had a sudden image of a young blonde woman listing to the side with half-closed eyes.

I didnt say I liked cleaning but I did it for a living lol. I bake once in a while, I'll do the outside chores, do the cleaning, and you make delicious meals. We got this.

It's fine to have these opinions about medication and crybabying, and I get it, but it really sucks to read these sweeping judgements as someone on the other side.
Sorry if I have overshared about my health issues.
@Tesumph Stop, we are here so that we can chat and share. Some opinions may help for you, some just may not be right for you. But they all add food for thought, just like trying to figure out what to do next for a sick hen. I am pretty sure we all have health issues of some kind, do not apologize for being human and wanting to figure out what comes next in an illness. most importantly, don't give up, keep trying to make your quality of life as best as it can be. :hugs

I love cleaning once I get into it lol which isn’t often but when I put in some music I really get in the zone LOL cooking is okay. Sometimes I have fun mostly when it’s from my garden but it’s exhausting 😂🤣

No it wont you are right. It seems everything I try eventually decides that the body is done with it. They need to find the source (yes @Kiki I know a lot of it stems from food, but for crying out loud MEAT?! Gotta have some protein.)
Yogurt is good protein. Not the sugary, flavored stuff. Ideally you would make your own, but second best would be a good quality unflavored, unsweetened Greek yogurt. If you can't stand it plain, drizzle on a spoonful of *good* honey or maple syrup. It's an acquired taste for some peeps, but I like it plain if homemade.

You should eat what agrees with you. A few days or weeks without meat won't harm you. It's high quality protein, but strong food your digestive system may not be up to processing right now. Eat what you can tolerate. Stay away from sugar and anything that you find unappealing.

Is this digestive upset a new thing? Are you sick, or is it a chronic problem?
