Nevertheless, nowadays you may find all kinds of animals displaced to where they are/were not native.
For example here in Germany we do have quite a lot of invasive animals such as feral nandus, everywhere. Also raccoon dogs (enok), coati, Egyptian geese, bullfrogs, an assortment of invasive fish, crabs and all kinds of other animals and invasive plants.

We even had an invasion of Colorado potato beetles this year. (Smirks back)

We have a lot of invasive species here (US) too sadly

Especially in Florida with the pythons and other southern states with the wild boars and some places have problems with carp/released goldfish, and starlings have exploded too etc. I’m sure there’s many more.

Oh and also about the masks... they aren’t to protect you. They’re to protect other people in case you have it. They don’t prevent you from getting it, just prevent you from spreading it to others.

True. I think it is interesting though...why do we have to wear n95s, a surgical mask, and then a face shield? Sounds to me like that is also protecting us.

Yeah I’m not sure haha maybe they’re just paranoid about the patients getting something? or it could be both in that case, idk. But just like in general out and about for the public it’s to protect others. Idk about in a setting like what you’re meaning.
