Are backyard eggs easy to peel when you cook them in an Instapot?

I tried an experiment yesterday. Some eggs I left out on the counter, and others in a pit of cool water while awaiting the peel. The ones that were never left the water peeled fine. The dry ones were bad. I decided to try that because the last time I did eggs the first couple peeled fine, but I did those right away. I took a breaky and drained the water they were in and when I came to finish, they wouldn’t peel.

Instapot makes quail eggs easier so should be same with chicken eggs

The bitty boiled banty eggs were assessed by an expert committee composed of myself, DH, Gretel-the-house-chicken, and Tad-the-bearded-dragon. We unanimously agreed that they are delicious
