Is it just cause it’s more difficult cause it’s bigger or? That makes sense! Although the ones I did were adults but they were chickens so maybe easier. And I would say to just do him when you can and not worry about the other one because you definitely don’t want him to start to suffer or whatever. I think the other one will be fine alone temporarily. But flipping over a lot def isn’t a life which I’m sure you know. Hopefully you can soon :fl I never thought I’d ever be able to kill anything ever and here I’ve done 11 birds now.
we were going to do it today, but mr muddy has not been feeling well today.....will hopefully be tomorrow after work

I took a dozen quail on my trip with me. My friend and her whole family loved them. Even the vegetarian daughter ate one and left the bones picked clean. (She's vegetarian because she refuses to support the commercial meat industry.)
Would love to try it...

@KDOGG331 I don't think you need an imagination for this one.

Can't you see its left eye, the flaring nostrils and the flowing forelock and mane at the top?
God I miss having my Note. I can't use my damn fingers to draw something precisely.

Wow, I am as horse crazy as they come. Grew up on the back of one and for a time rode them for a living. Hundreds of them... I would have never seen the horse if you hadn't drawn it out Mare.

The stronger white in the middle looks like a pterodactyl head and neck with the "forelock blowing back" as one of the wings, and the lighter clouds to the bottom left as the other wing.

Wonder what that says about me since I've never owned a pterodactyl....let alone seen one in person. 🤔 I did watch a lot of old (old!) dinosaur movies growing up because my mom liked those cheap SciFi monster movies...

Gorgeous!!! :love no sun out right now. Storm’s been rolling in the last couple hours although it hasn’t really officially started yet lol
It's just all smoky here. Fortunately by the time it gets here from CA, the smell has gone. It still stings your eyes if you're out in it too long, though. Poor birdies.
