See I went a different direction with that. I was thinking roe.

I used to fry perch at least twice a month. I'd dip any roe I'd find down into my fry mix and fry that up too.

Yum yum.

I haven’t had that in a long time! Grandpa used to scramble them with eggs also.

Bella is doing outstanding, thanks for asking!
She still regresses occasionally and glues herself to my leg but she's made lots of new friends down at the fields and her confidence has really improved.
She looks amazing compared to when I first brought her home. She lost almost 15 pounds, her back doesn't sway any longer now that her abdominal muscles have healed and strengthened, her super saggy belly tucked up and she lost that dullness to her coat.

That sounds good and something I can do this weekend. I used to make gar balls when I lived on the river but you can’t Just pick up a gar in your local grocery store.

definitely right about that we would love to clean and eat gar sometime but haven’t caught one recently. we used to spend the night on the boat for catfish and had a gar that we called gargantuan that escaped us every time! we actually saw him once in the daylight and he was at least 8 feet long!!

That’s an alligator gar. You need a big live bait for him and a big jug. If you have needle nose gar up there, they are easy to catch and a lot easier to process than a 8’ monster.
