Goodness! What's wrong with this duck? Is he in convalescence?

His good leg is pigeon toed and he evidently slipped a tendon in the other leg a couple weeks ago the flipping thing just started in the last 24 hours

No I wouldn’t know how to check his ears but I should add some vitamins/electrolytes to his water! I’ve been giving him a separate food dish with treats mixed in and his own waterer
