There are still several sections of our road that dont have guardrails but need them. They will wait till someone gets killed. What we call Manual Hill at the beginning of our road is steep with high banks off the side of it. It has guardrails now, but too late. It is the WORST hill in the winter. Anyways, one time a man and his three year old grandson were driving down to a store at the end of our road to get brake fluid. This was prior guardrail, and I dont know why he thought he could make it to the store. He ran out of brake fluid, of course lost control, went over the bank, and killed his grandson and him both. Now theres guardrails. Most of the mountains around here do...at least the more traveled ones.
