I should have been a nurse...just for the laughs.
Y'all sayings are great.
I could never be a nurse.... Even with all I been through I still cant see someone with an IV walking about.... I have to look down.... Or kiss the floor... Hear someone in pain does the same..... but I have to get away or make my brain go to another place for them.

Whether the eggs are under egg or in the incubator, I find the 21 days takes forever. But if you think this is slow, the 2 or 3 day wait between lockdown and hatch is worse.
That's what SavKel says. I'm totally okay with that period... for me it's the last hatch that's torturous. "Everyone else is out little chicken, now it's your turn"...
Our first incubation, the last one was given shell help... the second one had unabsorbed yolk... dunno what to expect tonight...:fl

When I was hatching I had six pullet eggs and five Guinea Eggs in the incubator.... Chickens go 21 Guineas go 28. I put them all on lock down at the same time. None of the chicken eggs hatched but the guineas popped out right on time like pop corn... out of them I only had two quitters.

Yep those guinea eggsies didnt get turned for ten days.
