Okay guys, where we live, this is a buggy:

Farm acreage in Illinois when we retired was going for 10,000-12,000 an acre ready to till.

Here in Missouri sought after timber acreage is going for 18-2,100 undeveloped. Much higher if it is improved as in buildings on it.

The second one, top row. That is a typical buggy that people take into the bush.
You are going to have a heat stroke in that thing.
It doesn't have air conditioning.

O great.
Now I am going to be forced to look up what the weather is like there.
:celebrate

It better not snow over there cause that is going to be a deal breaker (for me coming to visit)

I need to talk to the Mexican.
We might be better off packing up and moving to a whole new state!

Tanzania is a third world country, they don't have a lot of things over there.
And it's not THAT hot, no air conditioning isn't a concern to me.

Tanzania does not equal Kenya. There's not snow in Tanzania, but there is on Mt. Kilimanjaro in Kenya.
