The loophole is only for raptors to be used for Falconry.

You can legally have a starling or house sparrow. They are best taken from the nest and hand raised. I believe that I read that starlings can be taught to talk.

I would have called it a BALT rather than a BLTA.

If you want to put cheese on it, fine but it is no longer a BLT then. My body craves gluten so I have no interest in gluten free bread.
