Pardon my lack of knowledge as I have never processed quail. Do you let them rest like you would chicken or is it straight from the hutch to the oven?

Uh Kiki? These are not exactly appetizing party pictures. The bird's are neither wearing aprons, nor covered in barbecue sauce!

I accidentally posted in the kiki-speak thread.
One lasagna for tonight that I will share with the roommates, and three for the freezer to be pulled out and baked when I don't feel like cooking. The smaller ones are in bread pans.
