Bake wings in oven to personal preference (I started at 425 until I got bored, like 7 mins, then I broiled them for I dunno how long, I forgot for a bit and smelled a bit of char in the air, then down to 300 as I had to put the birds to bed. Dang ducks didn’t want to leave the pond.
As my wings were cooking I started the sauce. I melted 3/4 stick of butter with about 1/4 cup of Louisiana hot sauce and a few cheater (pickled) jalapeños and 1 clove of garlic. I honestly would have done habenero peppers but I have none. Simmer on the stove. When wings are done I strain the juices and return to pan. Slap that nasty sauce all over those wings, make sure they get nice and sloppy. At this point you may eat them but I pop them back into the oven on broil for a bit.
