Agreed! Saffy, how did you do the flowers? There is so much color variation within each one. It is a beautiful effect

I opened the piping bag, spread a layer of colored icing all around the inside, and then filled it the rest of the way with white icing.
You can also do one strip of different-colored icing down the inside and then fill it the rest of the way with the other icing -- that technique is called "striping" the bag, I believe.
I found it a couple of years ago when I was watching Wilton piping videos, and I've used it a lot since. It's very fun, and very pretty, too!

Hubby wouldn't let me post my apron photo...said it was too risqué and was for his eyes only.
I did make him steak and potatoes.
