But I fry my eggs with just a little cooking spray so they aren't real oily.

@R2elk I saw that recipe for miracle whip salad dressing and had to snicker.
That is pretty much exactly how I make all my mayo based salads. The only variation is if I'm making potato or chicken salad I use pickle juice instead of vinegar.
Everyone loves my tater salad around here.
