It's got to be hard seeing places you recognize, or worse - places that you should recognize, but don't - on those videos. I'm so sorry and am once again grateful that you & your family - and all the other impacted BYCers we've heard from, so far - are okay.

My grandma doesn't know if her house is ok or not yet.
Most people evacuated and no one has gone back yet.

Just woke up from a nap and surveyed the damage. Total tally: two oaks down from my yard, two more topped out, not a square inch on 2.5 acres isn’t covered by limbs. We will probably be without power for at least a week. No damage to anything important though. I’m about to start work on my neighbors tree blocking my driveway now.

Apparently we are getting bad weather today too.

Nothing like what you guys are experiencing, of course, but still severe for up here. Out in the western part of the state and in CT they might potentially get hail, tornadoes, wind, and bad thunderstorms
