I consider myself to be a good BYC citizen & I always play by @Nifty-Chicken rules, including the PG rating judgement guide.
As a parent who tries to teach my children the difference between right & wrong, I would like to know what offense I’ve been accused of simply by quoting a PG rated movie, especially within the context of others in the thread discussing said movie.
I would have posted this privately to a moderator, however it seems that I don’t have the ability to do so. There is no link to reply to, no indication of who moderated it, & no reason for the deletion. I’m baffled.
Please know that I’m not trying to be a jerk, that’s not my style, but from where I’m standing this was an unjust deletion. Would you be baffled if you got a speeding ticket for doing 35mph in a 35mph zone?
My trailer I rented from my rents is haunted...like bad. My roommate, ex bf, and myself were chilling in my bedroom and the door to the roommates room SLAMMED shut and the a creepy whisper said, “Get out here now!” Room went dead silent for a minute until I asked if either of them just heard anything. Ex bf heard the whisper, Brandi heard the door, and I heard them both. I didn’t mention what I heard as I didn’t want to implant anything. That was creepy. I also would get touched really lightly, it was like somebody was picking up strands of my hair from my head. When we moved out my ex got his butt grabbed hard. He thought I did it 10 ft away. Nope, just the thing that was harassing him a bit. The land is very rich in that area. I miss it actually, they still are finding Native American skeletons around the area. I know they are returning some of them to the rightful burial grounds, but when the Oahe dam was built burial grounds got submerged. But I mostly just can’t do like actual horror. Like super scary stuff. Like I cannot do anything paranormal/demons/ghosts/anything like that or monsters or anything. And can’t do creepy possessed children in the hall
I won’t even watch IT. And even Signs and The Ring scared me.
But then again I watched them when I was a little kid but still. My brother was watching them with his friends and I snuck downstairs and sat on the stairs. Ran upstairs at the part with the girl and the hair
For Signs I’m pretty sure both my little brother and I watched it. We hid behind the couch
The finger part was so creepy!!!
Now I’d probably think they were stupid
