And it still didn’t work!?
I don’t think they have been having problems but then again my sister is ignorant. She just says that it’s grandma. I say oh no I lived there and it’s not good. Bad told it to come with him so he believes it went with him. That was right before we went to Vegas so maybe he dropped it off along the way?

:lau OMG!!!

Wait... they can follow you!? Shoot!!! (Censored myself there 😂🤣)

That's how I was trying last night but I can't get low today.
My arms collapse.
Try starting with your knees as your pivot point, then with your toes in place, pick your knees up as well. It might take a couple days or a couple weeks to get there.

Another way to work up to it would be to try doing the position (aka "plank") against a wall or a picnic table or similar so you don't have to hold up/push up your entire weight immediately. The further back you place your feet (thus making your position more horizontal), the harder your arms and core muscles will have to work.

It most likely won't take too long to get yourself to a place where you can do planks and push-ups. Whether or not you should do them--well you'll figure out pretty quickly whether you should not. I'm sure there are exercises to strengthen your core in ways that will facilitate doing push-ups, etc. without hurting yourself, but I haven't researched that.

I think @honanbm thing is different (harder) than a plank cause you have to point your elbows in towards your chest and also have your arms back a bit instead of below the shoulders. Planks are pretty easy for me but I cannot do this one for the life of me :lau and I’m pretty sure @Kiki can’t do push-ups ever but idk.
