Btw.... TOTALLY random but does anybody know if lemon meringue pies are super difficult to make or not??? I think you made one once, @Sapphire Sebright right!? Or no??? I was just thinking about it because my parents got one yesterday and it reminded me how much I love lemon meringue pie. I had forgotten because it’s been forever since I’ve had any. So anyway, long story short, I thought making it would taste better and plus we have like 4 dozen eggs right now. but I’ve heard it’s a bit difficult? Plus I probably don’t need more now but it was just a fun idea I had.
