Had one get trapped in my hair last weekend.

I twisted and shook and flopped and squawked. Probably looked like I was having a standing seizure. 😂😂
It isn't funny. When I get a bee in my hair, I immediately swat it. I try not to swat directly over my ear because that can be very painful.

In my experience, wasps are tough enough that a simple slap, even a hard one, won't kill the nasty little basta -- I mean, twit.
Horrible little things... uuugh *shudder.*
I do like bumblebees, though -- they're cute and fluffy and mellow.
My mom is scared of this huge one that was on our front porch for a while :lau she said it came after her a couple times

Thank you! Very helpful! Though I think I’d be scared to kill it with my bare hands cause can’t they sting you? And maybe ours are more vicious than others or I’m imagining it or something because ours don’t give up for a while! They’ll keep coming :th
Once they are squished, they can't do anything. If you want to make sure, just stomp on it as soon as it hits the ground.

If you find them early enough on a cool morning, you can even pet them. I had one on my fingers the other day but it flew off before I could get the camera.

Oh I thought I was going to die. I wasn't letting that sucker near my skin.

I wasn't laughing at all. I imagine if someone saw me they'd have laughed.

I've had several run ins with ground hornets. Ground hornets must die. Anything that aggressive is not welcome.

Bees, red wasps, some hornets, and bumble bees are welcome. We had 3 red wasp nest around last year and only 1 this year on the back porch.
